Smith charged Trump with four counts, including conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights. Trump said Monday that he expected to be indicted “any day,” and earlier this month he revealed that the Justice Department informed him that he was a target in Smith’s probe. This is Trump’s second federal indictment. Trump, along with two of his employees, were charged in another probe led by Smith over the alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Sources told Fox News that the grand jury left the federal courthouse for the day just after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon. Trump’s legal team met with Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team in Washington, D.C., last week. Sources told Fox News that Trump’s legal team was not given any specific timing about a possible indictment, but that they heard nothing suggesting an indictment would not happen at some point.

Nessel previously appointed a special counsel to investigate her Republican opponent Deperno just weeks before the general election. Nessel has made threats against Matthew DePerno since last year before the midterm elections.

Myocarditis Cases in U.S. Military Spiked by 130 Percent | 31 July 2023 | Data presented to Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin by a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) whistleblower highlights reports that American servicemen and servicewomen have suffered serious injuries related to COVID-19 shots, including a 130 percent increase in myocarditis cases. Sen. Johnson said: “Based on data from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), Thomas Renz, an attorney who is representing three Department of Defense whistleblowers, reported that these whistleblowers found a significant increase in registered diagnoses on DMED for miscarriages, cancer, and many other medical conditions in 2021 compared to a five-year average from 2016-2020.” The DoD whistleblower provided Sen. Johnson’s office with new information showing significant increases in specific registered diagnoses from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED) in 2021 compared to a five-year average from the period 2016-2020. The whistleblower downloaded the DMED data early this year after DoD acknowledged in 2022 that DMED data had been corrupted and that they would fix the database system.

Democrats Ask Biden to Declare Emergency as Illegal Immigrants Flood NYC and Request Administration Allow Migrants to Work in U.S. | 31 July 2023 | Fifty-four elected officials in New York City have sent a letter to President Joe Biden to address the influx of illegal immigrants in the city, asking him to declare a federal state of emergency so that the illegal immigrants can legally work in the country. “We are elected officials from New York City requesting your help. Our City is experiencing an unprecedented migrant influx, with a surge of asylum seekers arriving here in numbers never seen before in history. Our City is at a breaking point,” wrote New York City Assemblywoman Jenifer Rajkumar… Last week, the city announced it would set up a shelter for 1,000 illegal immigrants in the parking lot of a state psychiatric hospital. The special use case was made possible by the state of emergency, which allows for use of additional resources without additional red tape… The 54 Democratic lawmakers also requested that the Biden administration allow the illegal immigrants to work in the country.
