On Nov. 19, Bradford Police were forwarded a video taken by a witness of two individuals engaging in sexual intercourse at the Bradford Park and Ride the day before. The video provided was taken during broad daylight, in the open, in the occupied parking lot open to the general public.
As evidenced by the video received, this incident occurred in plain view of the public. Bradford Police began an investigation into the matter and recognized the vehicle in question. It was soon located and a possible person involved was identified.
On Dec. 13, Bradford Police located the vehicle, and its owner, Heather Carle, at her residence in Bradford. The investigation continued resulting in Carle, 52, being identified as one of the offenders. Carle was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court to answer the charge of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct on Feb. 19.
