Cops seek green Subaru from MA

A 45-year-old Albany man remains hospitalized in critical but stable condition following a Sunday night shooting at his home, while Vermont State Police continue to search for a vehicle connected to the incident.
Timothy Magee, 45, was shot during an incident reported at about 8:35 PM Sunday, Aug. 16, at a residence on Holliday Road in Albany, police said.
Magee was initially transported to North Country Hospital in Newport and later taken to the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.
A second victim, Jessica Prue, 45, also of Albany, was physically assaulted during the incident, according to state police. She was treated at the scene.
Police said both victims live at the home where the incident occurred. Investigators are searching for an older-model green Subaru Forester with Massachusetts license plates. Police said the registration contains the numbers 4553.
State police said Monday that the investigation remains active and ongoing. Anyone who sees the vehicle or has information that could assist investigators is asked to contact the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks at 802-334-8881.
