Pro-life Vermonters will join in the nationwide effort to peacefully gather to call for the de-funding of Planned Parenthood both in Vermont and nationwide. Similar events are happening all across the country on Wednesday, April 2. In Burlington, the event will be held across from Planned Parenthood’s abortion clinic, at 173 St. Paul Street, beginning at 11:00am, for one hour.
Planned Parenthood is the largest provider of abortions in the state of Vermont, in the United States of America and in the world. Annually, millions of our taxpayer dollars are sent to Planned Parenthood from both the federal and state governments.
The new administration has placed a “freeze” on federal money to Planned Parenthood and now is the time to call for fully de-funding the pro-abortion organization of our taxpayer dollars – a long time goal of the pro-life movement.
