Richmond County Supreme Court Judge Ralph Porzio threw out the mask mandate for toddlers aged two- to four-years-olds on Friday, calling it “arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable,” adding that it is “void and unenforceable,” according to Fox 5 New York. Adams later vowed to file an appeal and ask for a stay, requesting that the mask mandate remain in place for the time being. He cited a slight increase in COVID-19 cases as a reason to extend the mask mandate.

The data included a total of 26,396 reports of deaths — an increase of 337 over the previous week — and 214,521 of serious injuries, including deaths, during the same time period — up 2,937 compared with the previous week. UK hopes Ukraine will keep fighting – media –The US, Germany, and France may push Ukraine into ending the fighting early — and the UK is reportedly concerned | 1 April 2022 | Britain wants Ukraine and Russia to keep on fighting until Kiev scores a military victory, an alleged government source, cited on Thursday by The Times, has indicated. London is concerned that Kiev’s other Western backers might push it into settling for peace too soon… “Some of our allies may be too eager for [Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky] to settle,” the source said, referring to France, Germany, and the US. “We think Ukraine needs to be in the strongest possible position militarily before those talks can take place.” London believes there must not be an “easy off-ramp” for Moscow, and urges that the sanctions be intensified “until all Russian forces have left Ukraine, including Crimea,” the newspaper reported. Crimea broke away from Ukraine in 2014 after the democratically elected government in Kiev was overthrown in a violent coup. Moscow says Crimea is a part of its territory and considers its status settled.

No direct evidence was provided to back up the assertion. Of particular interest to Russian investigators are “documents testifying to the plans of the Kiev regime to use unmanned aerial vehicles capable of carrying and spraying deadly substances,” military spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov outlined during a briefing.

There are also believed to be a considerable number of migrants waiting in Mexican cities waiting for Title 42 to drop. “We are expecting to get wrecked,” one Border Patrol agent told Fox News Digital.

Judge Jackson chose leniency even in baby sex torture cases she heard | 2 April 2022 | In the eight child-p-rn cases that came before her court, former D.C. District Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson heard horrifying details of “sadomasochistic” torture of young kids — including “infants and toddlers” — yet challenged the disturbing evidence presented by prosecutors and disregarded their prison recommendations to give the lightest possible punishments in each case, according to transcripts of sentencing hearings obtained by the Post. In some cases, she even apologized to some of the child-p-rn perverts for having to follow the statutes, which she called “substantially flawed.” Over and over, the records reveal, Jackson made excuses for their criminal behavior and cut them slack in defiance of investigators and prosecutors — and sometimes even probation officers serving her court — who argued for tougher sentences because the cases were particularly egregious or the defendants weren’t remorseful.

In the petition, Rosica calls for the removal of five school board members, Sue Tiernan, Joyce Chester, Karen Herman, Kate Shaw, and Daryl Durnell. Students returning to in-person classes after two years of remote learning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic were required to wear masks over their mouth and nose. When Pennsylvania ended mandatory school masking, the West Chester Area School District was among a handful of schools that kept masking in place.

Universities give a pass to racial slurs, death wishes, defamation against conservatives –Senate likely to confirm professor for Federal Reserve who tried to cancel colleague for criticizing Black Lives Matter organization. | 30 March 2022 | In California public universities, professors who refused to grade on a racial curve or censor racial slurs from a germane class discussion got removed from the classroom. A student got punished twice for the same set of private racist comments. By contrast, a diversity official who used a racial slur against Clarence Thomas and wished for the death of the hospitalized Supreme Court justice and a dean who called justices “sexual predators” and “racists” received mild administrative criticism. A Federal Reserve slot likely awaits a Michigan State University economist who tried to cancel a University of Chicago peer for criticizing the Black Lives Matter organization over its support for the “defund the police” movement. The incidents throw a spotlight on the differential treatment of race-related speech in higher education, in which even redacted slurs can provoke official sanctions.
