Police have identified a woman found dead on South Champlain Street July 8.
Kelly Cusson, 31, was found dead at 8:30 pm in a secluded part of a South Champlain Street Park. Authorities are determining the cause of her death.
Cusson’s next-of-kin have been notified. Social media sites list previous addresses for her in Winooski and Morrisville.
