Higher gas prices. More people on the road and in the skies.

Despite the highest gas prices in four years, more Americans are expected to travel this weekend than last year, according to AAA.

At $4.48 per gallon, New Hampshire’s average gas price is below the national average of $4.55. Vermont’s is a hair above the national average at $4.56 per gallon.

On the other hand, maybe travel now while you can. Per the CNBC report linked to above, gas prices could hit $5 per gallon by June if the Strait of Hormuz remains closed.
