Letters: Peyton on climate collapse from cell towers

Dear Neighbors:

If my friends have yet to understand the harms of 5g,6 etc which are not shared by fiber to premises using existing phone line paths, allow me to briefly state that these micro radiations are so disrupting wildlife, interrupting bees capacity to navigate, and migrating birds that they are dying, over 90% of bees have declined. Children and sensitive adults near smart meters suffer blood disorders, frogs are disappearing rapidly, an important food source for many animals we enjoy. This is hardly descriptive enough. 

Please care! Without bees or amphibians we are not far behind.

Why would they do this? Because they are recklessly addicted to greed, and control, they do not care about the consequences. They want control. They want control. They want control. Nature never crosses their mind. They never see it, They are in concrete and glass and white linen napkins day in and out and night in and out, with their every perversion serviced.  Here is the link to actions I need you to take this morning. YOU need you to take this morning. THIS MORNING.  

During Covid Trump signed an emergency order for the lockdowns on the same day he signed one to roll our harmful 5 g across the nation at schools, so it was be installed without public scrutiny.

Cell towers comes with known risk of increased cancer, people who live near power lines and near transformers are shown to have higher incidences of cancer, and The coordinated plan by the industry is to have both the congress and the FCC remove language that protects our local rights, they have already removed language that any community can oppose 5g, or any wireless installation for safety reasons.  This is of course unconstitutional, however, there are not enough attorneys versed in the constitution, by design, their law school and bar focused on process, not constitutional rights, and we the people, are generally missing in action.  There are not yet enough of us knowing how to apply our constitutional rights, and each action comes at an expense of time and effort, so myself and the others at it cannot service everyone’s rights. You must learn your rights and help us all stand up for them. 

Allow yourself the rights that you have, use them, read your constitution, what is the 7th amendment of the bill of rights? Remember that the Constitution is the highest law of the land, and attorneys simply are not trained to uphold it, and the people do not even read it. 

Unless you and I can create enough of a push back to prevent the passage TODAY, next week, or for your xmas present, your street will be lined with mini cell towers by xmas, destroying your health, and creating JOBS, wow, it’s a job to kill of wildlife isn’t it and humans with it.  I’m certain Trump is on board and will call it a jobs creator. 

Once they are installed, having them removed will be far more difficult, once again, they are not for connectivity, although that is what is promised. Can you not download fast enough? 

I urge you, call these numbers, and look at the rest of the info.  I have not even scratched the surface of the harm this technology does to Nature, and you included! I repeat, the fiber to premises does a faster, better and environmentally safe job of connectedness. This is not about internet speed. 

There are 3 numbers to call and a petition to sign and additionally you are to read the 7th article of the bill of rights, you will see it says suits at common law, this is a jurisdiction where our constitution is practiced, most courts without your knowledge are operating in maritime law, other jurisdictions. When we go into court, our first statement out of our mouths should be, Your honor, are we honoring the Constitution in these proceedings? This will bring the matter into the proper jurisdictional space where your rights hold water. 

You will notice that more than one constitutional right is being undermined by the plan to roll out surveillance and radiation harm technology on every telephone pole: 

Amendment I

Freedoms, Petitions, Assembly

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II

Right to bear arms

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Amendment III

Quartering of soldiers

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment IV

Search and arrest

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment V

Rights in criminal cases

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment VI

Right to a fair trial

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Amendment VII

Rights in civil cases

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII

Bail, fines, punishment

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX

Rights retained by the People

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X

States’ rights

If this bill (a series of bills, really) ultimately passes, city and county governments will lose their say over:

Every one of those protections — gone. Federal preemption would override community rules, zoning boards, and even public input.

Once Congress passes the telecom bill, the train is moving down the track, the legislative path continues as follows:

  1. Senate Consideration:
    The bill moves next to the Senate, where it will be assigned to the relevant Senate committee(s) for review, possible hearings, and amendments. The Senate may approve the bill as-is, modify it, or hold it up depending on political dynamics.
  2. Senate Vote:
    Following committee approval, the full Senate will hold a vote on the bill. If the Senate makes changes, the bill may return to the House for reconciliation.
  3. Presidential Signature:
    Once both chambers agree on the final text, the bill is sent to the President for signature. Upon signing, it becomes law.
  4. Implementation:
    After enactment, the bill’s provisions take effect according to specified timelines—often immediately or within short regulatory periods. The FCC and telecoms will then proceed with rulemaking, enforcement, and accelerated deployment under the new federal preemption rules.

The most liked  person in the Trump administration in Bobby Kennedy. He’s the most fearsome and committed person in uprooting the status quo and getting people healthy again. It’s amazing all roadblocks he has to overcome but he’s doing it much to the chagrin of the deep state and Democrats. Was surprised to learn this but pleased.  Hegseth is also upsetting the establishment and taking down the old military industrial complex. Lots happening we don’t know about and the press is complicit in keeping it from us. Every cabinet secretary is told to be aggressive in meeting Trumps agenda and that he has their back. Leadership is key which has been absent from the White House.
