State Police said Thursday, November 6 that beginning in August 2025, Mt. Holly foster parent Eugene Jennings, 56, committing sexual acts upon multiple foster children while under his care.
These include a sexual assault upon a 14-year-old male in July or August of 2025, Lewd / Lascivious Conduct upon a 15-year-old male in August of 2025, and Lewd / Lascivious Conduct upon a male who was between 15-17 in 2023-2024.
Jennings also provided alcohol and marijuana in different forms to all 3 juvenile victims, state police say.
Following his arrest this week, Jennings was transported to Rutland Criminal Court for an arraignment to be held Thursday, November 6.
