He is cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division, on Feb. 2 at 12:30 p.m.

In a separate domestic assault case, police arrested Seth Monfette, 53, of Coventry, following a reported family fight that occurred the evening of Jan. 30 at a residence on Sylvester Drive in Coventry. Investigation determined Monfette caused serious bodily injury to a family member. Monfette was later located and taken into custody without incident, processed at the Derby Barracks, and ordered held without bail at the Northern State Correctional Facility.
