Thank you for reading the Vermont Daily Chronicle. I hope you are enjoying the daily news and commentary available nowhere else. Spoiler alert: I need your help to make this paper reach its great potential in 2022.

When 2021 began, Vermont Daily Chronicle was a labor of love. Two other media-related jobs paid the bills while I worked to keep Vermont Daily Chronicle online and growing. 

In February, both jobs disappeared. I decided, right then, that the time was now or never to make Vermont Daily Chronicle a daily news source that people would voluntarily, enthusiastically support. I committed to aggressively finding new readers. I committed to publish an average of 10 news and commentary pieces every weekday. 

As a result, Vermont Daily Chronicle is now read by five times as many readers as in February. 

Working together, our team of volunteer news writers and editors, financial supporters, enthusiastic readers, advertisers, and sole FT worker (me!) continue to deliver more unique Vermont news and commentary to more people. I know our daily efforts are appreciated when I read testimonials like these:

I will never charge for a Vermont Daily Chronicle subscription. No big, hidden investor is writing checks to cover costs. Vermont Daily Chronicle is my step of faith in God and you, the reader.

2. Support us with a voluntary, non-tax deductible subscription for $108/year. You can send a check to Vermont Daily Chronicle at P.O. Box 1547, Montpelier, VT 05601. Or, you can make a monthly or one-time donation via PayPal. Sums greater or smaller of course are welcome too. You are welcome to continue as a free subscriber regardless of whether you make a donation.
