656 Vermont state employees earn $100K or more – up 13% from June, 2019, according to data.vermont.gov.
A November, 2019 Vermont Daily report showed that as of June 25, 2019, 580 employees earned $100,000 or more. A search of the same vermont.gov database last week showed 656 – an increase of 76 six-figure-earning state employees.
Gov. Phil Scott is only the second-best paid, after Medicaid Medical Director Jonathan Strenio:
