  1. Does the legislature ever consider reducing…consolidating…privatizing state functions and employees? I suspect there would be some support for such an initative amoung the consitiuents.

    • The legislature has been subcontracting State functions to private contractors for decades. That’s part of their scam. “Hoffer Finds Rampant No-Bid Contracting in State Government

Hey, it’s the political elite who benefit in a Marxist environment, not the people who actually produce the goods and services that raise our collective and individual standards of living. Always has been. Always will be. Why else does anyone think the working classes in Venezuela and Cuba are protesting? Why else do millions of people want to come to the U.S. to attain the so-called American Dream? Just wait until they get here only to find out that that ‘dream’ has been squandered, yet again, by malicious Marxist subversives, aka The Deep State.

Unfortunately, it is the average American, who was born and raised here, who seem to be the last ones to figure this out. And God help us when they finally do figure it out.

  3. Wow, the Total number of State Employees making over $100,000 annually as of November 13, 2019 were 580 (noted in older Article in “Business” on Vermont Daily Chronicle), as of today July 16, 2021, there are now 656 State Employees making over $100,000 annually. The Taxpayers are now funding the livelihoods of 76 more government employees taking our hard-earned money.

This is just their salaries, it doesn’t include their Medical, Dental, and Pensions.

How about a Poll of Vermont Taxpayers? Questions: What Benefits are you Realizing from your Government Officials that you are paying for with your hard-earned money? How has it positively effected your life in Vermont? How has it negatively effected your life in Vermont? Is the Vermont Government being held accountable for it’s policies and decisions? Is the Constitution of Vermont being upheld in all the Bills, Policies that are put in place? Why do you think the Legislature passed the most unaccountable, fraudulent-packed, unsecured, no ID, no Signature Verification, Universal Ballot Mailing bill S.15, opening the flood gates to immense ballot harvesting from mail-in voting imaginable – do you think that is their way to stay in power and to keep taking our money until there is nothing left but a dried up well?

All sounds like Marxism to me. Big Government taking all the money, lawlessness, not adhering to the Constitution, crippling the middle-class and shutting down small business.

    Vermont should implode soon.

  4. I wonder id the state director of racial equality’s salary is? Especially when there is nothing to do but hold a title.

Ooops. Is the State an Equal Opportunity Employer or not?

      • Still not a bad salary for a job that didn’t exist 5 years ago and has no real purpose other than satisfying some politicians’ need for virtue signaling…
